Main Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned strategic accounts; build and execute strategic account plans; manage accounts as business partnerships on behalf of Sanofi; coordinate internal resources to drive value co-creation and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and grow trust-based relationships with external stakeholders; understand customer pressures/drivers, priorities, challenges/opportunities, business model, strategic goals, healthcare landscape (incl. value-based care, competitors, and financial levers).
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities; work with customers to develop growth strategies; align internal teams and build executive relationships; conduct business coaching/strategy sessions; serve as the central communications focal point for account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience (internal candidates may qualify with less).
- Proven ability to access C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
- Strong understanding of health system decision processes and market trends; ability to translate market knowledge into strategic plans.
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.
- Experience working with P&T committees and decision makers/influencers in hospitals, health systems, IHNs, and other large-organized customers.
- Business acumen, strategic thinking, strong execution/planning, self-directed, adaptability, and excellent written/oral communication.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; eligible for insurance; ability to safely operate a vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or other advanced degree; strong data analytics.
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance.
- Proficiency with MS Office and customer management databases.
- Experience leading teams with impact/influence with internal stakeholders.

Travel:
- Up to 75%.
