Responsibilities:
- Act as a key business owner for Invivyd resources and solutions across healthcare providers/organizations, Centers of Excellence, IDN stakeholders, VA Centers, reimbursement personnel, and practice administrators; collaborate to ensure customer inquiries are resolved.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive customer action on behalf of patients and engage the full account to identify obstacles to appropriate solutions.
- Develop strategic territory business plans by identifying shared priorities and leveraging account knowledge/tactics to drive product demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on account and territory strategy to maximize knowledge on accessing products/services.
- Aggregate customer/market data and apply multiple channels to drive total selling engagements.
- Use a data-driven approach to prioritize customers/accounts to maximize impact aligned with the strategic plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree strongly preferred; candidates without a degree with significant relevant industry experience considered.
- Proven record of high performance selling to large accounts/key customer segments.
- Ability to travel up to 100% across broad geography (drive and/or fly).
- Be in the field five days per week for visits; complete required administrative tasks.
- Live within the stated territory.
- Strong clinical product communication skills.
- Experience in a matrixed environment; exposure to reimbursement, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacies, IDNs, and federal channels.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws/regulations/industry codes (e.g., PhRMA Code) for interactions with HCPs/HCOs.
- Knowledge of the VA system and rules for conducting business within it.
- Results-oriented; strong time management.
- Broad understanding of case management, market access, reimbursement, and selling a medical benefit product.
- Experience with Hem/Onc, Rheumatology, Transplant, Hospital/IDN, VA, immunology; account management strategy; new product launches.
- Organizational and interpersonal skills to prioritize opportunities.
- Track record beating quotas and earning awards (e.g., Presidents Club).
Pay Range:
