Responsibilities:
- Drive growth to meet or exceed sales forecast for Harmony products while ensuring compliant selling activities.
- Develop business plans for the territory and execute aligned sales/marketing strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders.
- Manage a territory call plan; leverage sales data and analytics to optimize call frequency/reach.
- Meet or exceed product/brand strategy training targets and certifications (product messaging, awareness/knowledge of competitive products, disease and patient management).
- Cooperate with internal/external partners as a team player.
- Share best practices and participate in Regional and National meetings.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Operate the company motor vehicle using safe driving practices and comply with all company policies/traffic laws.
- Process company expenses timely and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (required).
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales (required); Rare Disease, Sleep Medicine, or CNS experience strongly preferred.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Experience selling products requiring extensive coordination with patient services/HUB services.
- Ability to interpret market research, data, and sales analytics to build territory business plans.
- Ability to develop strategic long-term customer relationships.
- Must live within territory boundaries.

Work requirements (from posting): up to 50% travel; valid US driver’s license; close vision; manual dexterity; occasional lifting over 20 lbs; continuous sitting.
