Staff Systems Architect (CRM Systems)

Role: Serve as Staff Systems Architect within the CRM Systems Team, leading the modernization of 10x Genomics' CRM and commercial data infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing scalable backend architecture to support new commercial initiatives, streamlining sales workflows (Account, Opportunity, Quote), automating manual processes, and integrating AI/LLM technologies to enhance sales and support functions. The role involves building self-service tools for stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, PE), and ensuring system stability and scalability. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's in computer science or information systems, 10+ years in system architecture/development of complex CRM solutions, deep expertise in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ), and experience with cloud-based SaaS models. Preferred skills include certifications like Salesforce Application/System Architect, experience with AI/LLMs, RPA, and process automation. The position requires a strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a focus on performance and user experience. Compensation ranges from USD 179,900 to 243,300 annually, with additional benefits and equity.
