Staff Engineer - DevSecOps

Role: Staff Engineer - DevSecOps focused on cybersecurity for AI infrastructure, data, and systems within a biopharma context. Responsibilities: develop AI-assisted security tools, design and improve security solutions, investigate security incidents, monitor security logs, and ensure compliance with industry standards like SOX and FDA. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud and application security, integrating AI guardrails and managing vulnerabilities. Requirements: Bachelor's in related field with 7+ years or Master's with 5+ years of experience; cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred. Extensive experience with cybersecurity tools, cloud security (AWS, IAC, SDLC, CI/CD), and IT infrastructure in regulated biopharma environments; technical leadership experience is a plus. High-Value: focus on AI, cloud security, GxP and SOX compliance, investigation of cyber incidents, emphasis on enhancing security resilience in biotech/pharma settings. WorkSetup: hybrid office with occasional travel (~5%).
