Staff Accountant

Role: Staff Accountant supporting financial operations within a late-stage biopharma focused on psychiatric and neurological therapeutics, including psychedelics and related compounds. Responsibilities: process vendor invoices via Coupa, maintain vendor records, research discrepancies, prepare journal entries, and assist with month-end close, bank reconciliations, and cash activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; 1-3+ years accounting experience, preferably within the life sciences industry and in publicly traded companies; familiarity with Coupa, NetSuite, SOX/internal controls; strong communication and time-management skills, proficiency in MS Office.
