Role: Serve as a Vaccine Customer Representative supporting customer education, clinical information dissemination, and operational needs within specified healthcare accounts. Responsibilities: engage with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and health departments to promote vaccine attributes aligned with CDC guidelines; provide insights on patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and customer feedback; conduct quarterly business reviews to optimize vaccine contract performance; assist in improving immunization rates through education and adherence to quality programs; develop territory-specific business plans focused on immunization targets; maintain comprehensive vaccine product knowledge and certifications.
