Sr. Therapeutic Specialist, HIV Treatment -- Washington/Alaska/Montana

Role: Senior Therapeutic Specialist within Gilead's HIV Treatment team, responsible for representing Gilead's products to healthcare providers to drive sales growth in the Washington/Alaska/Montana territory. Responsibilities include account management, developing and executing territory sales strategies, maintaining deep disease state and product knowledge, and fostering collaborations with internal teams and external healthcare organizations. The role emphasizes relationship-building, clinical education, compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, and achieving sales targets through consultative engagement. Requirements: 6+ years with a BS/BA or 4+ years with an MS/MA in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, proven success in competitive markets, experience with injectable therapies, and strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred: advanced academic background, experience in specialty markets, and familiarity with managed care. The position involves regular travel and requires a valid driver’s license. It also entails leadership responsibilities in fostering inclusion, developing talent, and empowering teams. Work setup is field-based, engaging with healthcare providers, with an emphasis on strategic account management and patient access within the HIV therapeutic area.
