Sr Therapeutic Specialist, HIV Treatment - Houston North

Role: Senior Therapeutic Specialist, HIV Treatment, responsible for promoting Gilead's HIV therapies within a designated geographic area, primarily through face-to-face healthcare professional engagements. Objectives: achieve and exceed sales targets, build strong relationships with healthcare providers, and support disease awareness and education efforts. Responsibilities include developing territory business plans, monitoring sales performance, collaborating with internal teams (Medical, Marketing, National Accounts), and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. Qualifications: minimum of high school diploma with 11+ years of relevant experience, or higher education with proportionate experience; valid driver’s license; strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills; ability to travel extensively within the Houston North territory. Preferred: bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of pharma/healthcare sales experience, with a proven sales record in competitive or specialty markets, and product launch experience. High-Value: focus on HIV treatment, face-to-face customer interactions, compliance with PhRMA, OIG, and FDA guidelines, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Work setup: on-site with travel within the assigned geographic area.
