Sr. Therapeutic Specialist (HIV Treatment) β€” Columbus territory (10–15% travel to West Virginia)

Key Responsibilities
- Represent Gilead products and services; generate and grow sales by meeting/exceeding sales targets in assigned geography.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers; deliver disease awareness, clinical updates, and education tailored to diverse audiences.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan; monitor sales progress and adjust strategy to achieve goals.
- Maintain expertise in Gilead products, competitive products, and disease state; promote appropriate product use.
- Partner with local cross-functional colleagues and collaborate externally with healthcare organizations/partners to enhance product reach.
- Leverage influencing/relationship skills; build long-term provider partnerships.
- Complete administrative requirements (call activity/customer info in systems, expenses, territory budget).
- Stay current on scientific/technical information and industry trends; work autonomously and exceed personal goals.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years with BS/BA or 4+ years with MS/MA.
- Ability to travel as required; meet onsite visitation requirements (as applicable).
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS; 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare sales.
- Success in competitive/specialty markets; injectable physician-administered product experience.
- Familiarity with managed care landscape.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $133,195.00–$172,370.00; may include discretionary bonus and stock-based long-term incentives; paid time off and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
