Senior Therapeutic/Prevention Specialist (Minneapolis, MN) β€” supports the entire state of Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and engage healthcare providers across touchpoints; understand needs and maximize impact of Gilead products.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan; monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Gilead products, competitors, and disease-state complexities.
- Promote appropriate use of Gilead products to healthcare professionals per applicable guidelines.
- Partner with local cross-functional colleagues to support customer experience (access, acquisition, administration, operational support).
- Collaborate with healthcare organizations and partners (including co-promotion) to enhance reach and drive sales.
- Model compliance/ethical behavior and ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies; ensure timely reporting of adverse events.
- Use influencing/relationship skills to drive sales; build long-term provider partnerships.
- Complete required administrative tasks (call activity/customer info reporting, expenses, territory budget).
- Continuously learn/retain technical and scientific information; work autonomously to exceed goals.
- Experience in selling a Buy and Bill product with proven success.

Basic Qualifications
- High school + 9 years OR Associate + 7 years OR Bachelor + 5 years OR Master + 3 years.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned area and meet any onsite visitation requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS; 4+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare sales.
- Superior selling skills in competitive/specialty markets; injectable physician-administered product experience.
- Managed care landscape familiarity; sales success with cross-functional teams.
