Senior Therapeutic/Prevention Specialist (Minneapolis, MN) — supports the entire state of Minnesota.

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with healthcare providers; engage across touchpoints.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan; monitor sales and adjust to exceed targets.
- Maintain expertise in Gilead products, competitive products, and disease-state complexities.
- Promote appropriate product use consistent with Corporate/PhRMA/OIG guidelines.
- Partner with local cross-functional colleagues to support access/acquisition/administration.
- Collaborate externally with healthcare organizations/partners (including co-promotion).
- Deliver disease awareness, clinical updates, and tailored education; distill complex clinical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Drive sales outcomes via influencing/relationship skills; build long-term provider partnerships.
- Complete administrative reporting (call activity/customer info), submit expenses, and manage territory budget.
- Continuously learn and retain technical/scientific product information; work autonomously to surpass goals.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school + 9 years; or Associate’s + 7; or Bachelor’s + 5; or Master’s + 3.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel regularly within assigned area.
- Ability to meet onsite healthcare practitioner visitation requirements (e.g., screenings/vaccinations as applicable).

Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS; 4+ years pharma/biotech/healthcare sales; superior selling skills in competitive markets.
- Track record meeting/exceeding sales objectives (ideally specialty); injectable, physician-administered product experience; managed care familiarity.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $133,195–$172,370; may include discretionary bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life.
