Responsibilities:
- Sell Neurology products with key stakeholders in the Multiple Sclerosis community, including neurologists, allied health professionals, and local MS chapters.
- Develop and execute on sales plans for the assigned territory.
- Convey complex clinical and reimbursement information to customers and key stakeholders.
- Use exemplary interpersonal skills and directed probing to uncover and address customersโ€™ educational needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional peers to ensure customers are appropriately educated about available support services.

Qualifications:
- Education: BS/BA preferred; MBA a plus.
- 3-5+ years of pharma, specialty, hospital, and/or biotech sales required (breadth across these disciplines desirable).
- Proven track record of success (consistent Top 30% ranking over 3+ years, achievement awards, etc.).
- Proven ability to drive results in a challenging/ambiguous market; launch, business development, and co-promotion experience advantageous.
- Tenacious, motivated, outside-the-box thinker; collaborative team skills.
- Customer and patient focused; able to uncover obstacles and strategically drive results with limited direction.
- Driving is essential: valid driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record per company policy.
- Must live within the assigned territory.

Benefits:
- Base compensation range: $138,000.00-$185,000.00
- Regular employees may receive short-term and long-term incentives (cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities).
