The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst is a key contributor in the Analytics and Market Intelligence team in the Strategic Management Office (SMO), responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that improve service, cost, resilience, and operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze diverse data sources across transportation, warehousing, planning, inventory, and supplier performance
- Diagnose performance drivers, optimize end-to-end flows, and embed analytics into daily decision-making
- Apply modeling concepts to solve medium-complex business questions
- Support development of analytical capability and โbig dataโ concepts
- Collaborate with BTS and business partners on data management, governance, and priorities
- Translate analytical findings into clear insights for business leaders to drive outcomes
- Participate in cross-functional project teams
- Produce innovative analytic solutions that improve existing and changing processes and strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs required (Master level preferred) in applied mathematics, business research, operational research, or supply chain
- 5+ yearsโ experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, planning, or operations
- Understanding of statistical/predictive modeling concepts and AI technologies
- Comfortable with big, complex, unstructured datasets
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into business recommendations
- Strong helicopter-view and deep-dive analytical skills
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis environments and BI tools/data mining frameworks
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
