Shift Details:
- 2-2-3 calendar rotation on nights (6:00 PMโ€“6:00 AM ET)

What You'll Do:
- Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturing Associates; identify skill gaps and implement development plans
- Schedule and direct daily manufacturing operations aligned to production timelines and priorities
- Ensure activities are executed in compliance with cGMP standards; confirm team training prior to execution
- Partner cross-functionally with QC, QA, Materials Management, MS&T, Validation, Facilities, and Engineering to support batch execution, sampling, and validation
- Lead and support training across safety, GMP, and process-related activities; monitor and improve safety performance
- Troubleshoot operational and equipment issues; coordinate maintenance, repairs, and changeovers with Facilities
- Draft and revise manufacturing documentation, including batch records and SOPs

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (STEM preferred) and at least 3 years of direct experience OR BioWorks Certificate/associateโ€™s degree (STEM preferred) and at least 5 years OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) and at least 7 years
- Strong working knowledge of cGMP requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading/supervising/coaching/developing manufacturing teams
- Experience leading training efforts across safety, GMP, and process-related activities (compliance and performance focused)

Preferred Skills:
- Troubleshooting operational/equipment issues; coordinating maintenance/repairs/changeovers
- Drafting and revising manufacturing documentation (batch records and SOPs)

Base compensation range: $98,000โ€“$127,000
