Sr Staff Contracts Analyst (San Diego / Hybrid)

Role: Senior Contracts Analyst responsible for negotiating, structuring, and managing contractual agreements with vendors, customers, and partners to support Illumina's commercial operations. Responsibilities include contract review and negotiation, cross-functional collaboration with sales, legal, finance, and customer service teams, process optimization, and software system management to ensure compliance and efficiency. The role involves mentoring junior team members, developing templates, and streamlining contract workflows. Requirements: minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8 years with a Master’s, or 5 years with a PhD; strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; experience in contract management within a biopharma or life sciences context preferred.
