Sr. Specialist, US Managed Markets (Hybrid - Upper Gwynedd, PA)

Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A activities (Monthly Close, Budget, Long Range Operating Plans, and other forecasts) covering gross-to-net across all US Human Health business units, including forecasting, performance evaluation, and presentation of financial results (accuracy and compliance).
- Assist with policy-related accruals and analyses, including state policy reporting.
- Partner with US Controllers and internal/external auditors to determine and validate US Revenue financial results.
- Provide business advisement, customer segment and gross-to-net guidance to Integrated Account Management, Marketing, Investor Relations, and other Finance teams.
- Develop and apply expertise on Managed Markets impacts on commercial strategies and product performance, incorporating market events (regulatory changes, competitive dynamics, product lifecycle).
- Support special projects requiring Managed Markets knowledge (system changes, analyses of market events, business development).
- Identify and integrate best practices to evolve gross-to-net business processes.

Position Qualifications:
Required:
- BS/BA required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years analytical financial accounting or forecasting experience with extensive Excel.
- Minimum of 2 years supporting internal business customers (e.g., Human Health, Manufacturing).

Preferred:
- 3+ years business experience, preferably pharmaceutical/healthcare-related.
- Management presentation experience.
- Understanding of managed care/payer segments in US pharmaceutical market.
- Accounting knowledge/experience; MBA or CPA.
- SAP and financial database experience (SAP BPC, IBM TM1, Model N).

Required Skills:
- Corporate FP&A, Financial Analysis, GAAP, Financial Report Preparation, Treasury Management, Variance Analysis.
