Sr. Specialist, US Managed Markets (Hybrid - Upper Gwynedd, PA)

Role: Senior Specialist supporting US Commercial financial planning and analysis within the Human Health business. Responsibilities: lead FP&A activities including monthly close, budgeting, long-range plans, and forecasting for US gross-to-net across business units; analyze business performance, assist with policy-related accruals, collaborate with auditors, and advise on market and revenue strategies. Develop expertise in managed markets, regulatory impacts, and commercial dynamics. Qualifications: BS/BA in Accounting or Finance; at least 2 years in financial analysis or forecasting, with experience supporting healthcare or pharma teams; proficiency in Excel, with preferred experience in SAP, BPC, or similar databases. Preferred: 3+ years industry experience, MBA or CPA, understanding of managed care/payer segments, management presentation skills. High-Value: focus on healthcare finance, managed markets, US pharma market; hybrid work setup in Upper Gwynedd, PA; travel 10%. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, legal, compliance, and external auditors.
