Sr. Specialist, FP&A - Oncology Collaborations Finance (Hybrid - NJ or PA)

Role: Finance Senior Specialist supporting R&D drug development, focusing on external alliances and internal financial planning. Responsibilities: manage expense budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans; perform month-end close activities, variance analysis, and compliance with GAAP and SOX; serve as primary finance contact for alliance stakeholders, including Project Leaders and Third-Party Partners; support governance interactions and decision-making with financial insights. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Science, or Engineering; minimum 2 years in operations or finance; strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills; proficiency with Excel, SAP, Power BI; proactive problem-solving approach. Preferred: MBA, CPA, or advanced degrees; experience with clinical development or biopharma financial analysis. High-Value: Supporting clinical R&D budgets—likely in early to late-stage development (preclinical to Phase 3)—for oncology or biopharma projects; involvement in alliance management, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory compliance (GAAP, SOX); hybrid work setup with 10% travel.
