Sr. Specialist, FP&A - Oncology Collaborations Finance (Hybrid - NJ or PA)

Role: Finance Senior Specialist supporting R&D collaborations within a biopharma company, focusing on drug discovery and clinical evaluation. Responsibilities: manage external alliance budgets, develop forecasts and long-term plans, perform monthly financial close activities, support governance interactions, and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls, including Sarbanes Oxley. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Science, or Engineering; at least 2 years in finance or operations; strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills. Preferred: MBA, CPA, or advanced degrees; proficiency in Excel, SAP, Power BI, and Copilot; ability to influence stakeholders. High-Value: supporting clinical development, especially in oncology, with cross-functional interaction across project management, procurement, and GCTO. Work setup: hybrid in the US, with 10% travel.
