Position Overview / Function And Responsibility
- Under direction of Client Audit Director (CAD) and Auditor-in-Charge (AIC), participate in financial, operational, SOX 404, and IT audits; integrated and process audits (domestic and international) to maintain a strong internal control environment.
- On occasion, lead small teams.
- Partner with colleagues, clients, and other organizations to complete assigned audit work.
- Execute audit programs and work papers (walkthroughs and sample testing) per quality standards and timelines.
- Present audit plans, findings, and status updates to clients and leadership.
- Collaborate on audit reports describing control concerns, risks, and recommendations.
- Participate in department projects and ensure results are actualized.
- Maintain professionalism, independence, integrity, and good judgment.

Required Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Required Experience/Skills
- 3+ years in internal audit, public accounting, or general accounting.
- CPA required.
- Audit methodology and internal controls experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; effective oral/written communication.
- Understanding of IT and ability to use applications/systems.
- Strong time management; ability to work in a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and multitasking.
- Travel domestically/internationally up to 25%.

Preferred Experience
- Big 4 or regional accounting firm experience.

Required Skills
- Internal control testing, IT auditing/IS audit, financial analysis/reporting, data analysis, preparation of financial reports, contract audits, tax compliance, and related accounting.
