Position Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI-enabled features within the Veeva CRM/Vault CRM ecosystem (including LLM solutions via Claude and/or AWS Bedrock).
- Support AI/ML workflows and data integrations tied to CRM pipelines (NBA outputs, call planning tools, sentiment analysis).
- Prototype and evaluate Generative AI capabilities in Veeva CRM and MyInsights/X-Pages (auto call summaries, intelligent alerts, field notifications).
- Build and maintain AI-powered outputs for MyInsights/X-Pages and dynamic dashboards with embedded predictive KPIs for field reps and managers.
- Participate in agentic AI experiments/pilots to automate CRM workflows, data enrichment, and intelligent routing via CRM APIs and third-party integrations.
- Consume and surface ML outputs in CRM UI and downstream reporting; coordinate with Data Science/Analytics.
- Apply team AI governance/responsible AI practices (BMS AI usage policies, data privacy, validated systems requirements).
- Research emerging AI/ML tools/frameworks; perform hands-on CRM integrations; deliver across full SDLC (design, build, testing, deployment, issue resolution).
- Contribute reusable components/patterns; follow SDLC, CI/CD, configuration management; perform code reviews and release readiness checks.
- Identify/document configuration dependencies, risks, and change impacts; ensure quality/testing/compliance.
- Collaborate globally; support onboarding/knowledge sharing; provide technical updates; participate in agile ceremonies.

Requirements (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Data Science or related.
- 5+ years IT experience; 2+ years hands-on CRM experience (Veeva CRM/Salesforce or equivalent).
- 1.5+ years applied AI/ML exposure.
- Databricks Lakehouse/Databricks ETL experience.
- 3+ years SDLC (Agile and/or Waterfall), including validated/regulated delivery.
- Experience integrating AI/ML or analytics into enterprise apps.
- At least 1 active technical certification (CRM, AWS, Anthropic/DataBricks, etc.).
- Strong skills: vectorization, Python, prompt engineering, LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI/Azure, Anthropic Claude, GCP; AWS, AWS API Gateway, AWS CI/CD.

Additionally Preferred
- LLM frameworks; Life Sciences CRM (Veeva/Vault, Align, Engage, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud).
- Python/SQL; JS/Java/SDK or scripting for CRM automation.
- Experience with generative/agentic AI in regulated environments with validation/compliance considerations.
- Pharma analytics use cases; CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps/Jenkins); data integration patterns (REST/event-driven/ETL-ELT); Jira.
