Sr. Scientist Technical Services/Manufacturing Science API-EM

Role: API-EM TS/MS Scientist specializing in biologics manufacturing support at Lilly, focused on ensuring reliable, compliant production of therapeutic antibodies, recombinant enzymes, and ADCs at external contract manufacturing sites. Responsibilities: provide technical oversight of biologics processes, resolve manufacturing issues, monitor process performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet global quality standards; ensure process validation, characterization, and regulatory compliance; build cross-functional relationships with development and technical teams. Requirements: Bachelors in Biotech, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or Engineering; minimum of 3 years hands-on pharma manufacturing experience with biologics, regulatory knowledge, and understanding of cGMPs. Preferred: familiarity with regulatory standards, data management, project coordination, and collaborative problem-solving.
