Role: Process Development Engineer focusing on API manufacturing within the Pharmaceutical R&D sector, handling scale-up from laboratory to commercial production. Responsibilities: design and execute experiments for process development, manage process scale-up and technology transfer, ensure cGMP compliance, participate in risk assessments and deviation investigations, and support external supplier activities. Requirements: BS/MS with 5+ years or PhD in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, experience in chemical process research, scale-up, and familiarity with pharmaceutical processing. Preferred skills include experience with drug substance processing, gM GMP/GDocP adherence, statistical design of experiments, organic chemistry, process analytical technologies, and chemical engineering technology development.
