Engineering and Property Services (E&PS) is recruiting for a Sr Project Manager, MedTech Deliver (New Brunswick, NJ).
Overview
Senior Manager, Project Management leads a portfolio of key projects supporting business operations and compliance initiatives. Leads planning, execution, and delivery of projects to meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
MedTech Deliver Scope
Leads and coordinates capital project delivery across distribution, logistics, warehouse, and supply chain network assets supporting MedTech operations (e.g., distribution footprint optimization, warehouse capacity, site master planning, automation, digital enablement, operational readiness, and business continuity).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate project execution following IDEA and FPX; ensure safety, cost, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
- Apply project execution plan methodology to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Facilitate project planning, tracking, and reporting against FPOs.
- Manage customer and contractor relationships and communications to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Lead project portfolios across sites (Innovative Medicines or MedTech) per organizational benchmarks.
- Supervise/support other project leads; step in as Senior Project Lead when required.
- Drive standard processes and continuous improvement in project management.
- Manage project teams, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration across regional partners.
- Serve as primary point of contact integrating technical, financial, and operational aspects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs (or equivalent) degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or Construction Management (accredited institution).
- 10+ years in Engineering, Project Management, or Manufacturing (operational excellence and team leadership).
- Experience leading projects/programs in a regulated manufacturing environment (planning, execution, compliance).
- Solid understanding of FDA-regulated manufacturing processes (design, startup, operational phases).
- Track record leading cross-functional teams; delivering on time and within budget.
- Experience with financial management for project/operational budgets, resource planning, and forecasting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.
Preferred
- Project Management Certification.
- Front-End Loading (FEL) best practices.
- LEED AP certification.
