Program Manager (Integrated Delivery) β€” Sr. Program Manager (Patient Services)

Program Management:
- Drive end-to-end project delivery: create/manage plans and timelines, hold cross-functional teams accountable, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Facilitate PACT/project meetings and reviews; report status to leadership.
- Manage risks/issues (RAID/action plans), maintain documentation, and lead project closeout.
- Lead PACT execution planning aligned to AbbVie Patient Services priorities.
- Ensure tracking/reporting of established KPIs and adherence to policies/processes.
- Lead governance oversight, integrated roadmaps (dependencies/constraints), and corrective actions when off-track.
- Lead program management across integrated, matrixed teams; develop holistic plans from discovery through optimization.
- Proactively manage agenda, scope, schedule, budget; escalate risks/issues; monitor team effectiveness.

Governance & Leadership:
- Manage programs via defined work approach and improve decision framework.
- Provide feedback to enhance governance; assure teams leverage APS/SIPG processes and quality KPI/health checks.

Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Identify opportunities to enhance TBU/PACT business objectives; align resources for future activities.
- Lead operational annual planning and partner on brand/launch planning; prioritize PACT activities to annual goals.

Program Management Maturity & Organizational Contributions:
- Evolve program management practices (controls/metrics/change management); execute per launch playbook (status reports, RAID, RACI, staffing).
- Support adoption readiness, enterprise integration, transition, vendor management; contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; relevant experience. MBA and PMP preferred; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- 5–7+ years program management/governance (Sr. PM).
- Strong organizational, strategic thinking, problem-solving, program and financial management; patient services/pharma business understanding.
- Human relations/administrative skills for effective working relationships across multiple functions.
- Conflict resolution; excellent verbal/written/presentation/interpersonal skills (including C-suite communication).
- Experience managing 5–10+ resources (matrixed/virtual/contractors/MSPs).
- Proven ability to drive performance and engagement.
