Sr. Program Manager

Role: Senior Program Manager serving as a strategic partner and Chief of Staff to executive leadership, focusing on driving alignment, execution, and operational excellence for innovative protein sequencing technologies. Responsibilities: translate strategic priorities into actionable programs; support portfolio management; facilitate executive decision-making; develop governance structures, KPIs, and reporting frameworks; oversee high-impact cross-functional initiatives across R&D, operations, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial functions; lead special projects, monitor portfolio health, and implement best practices for program management. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related; 15+ years in program or portfolio management within biotech, diagnostics, or medical device industries; experience leading enterprise-level programs in regulated environments; strong understanding of product development processes, stage-gate models, and cross-functional collaboration; proficiency with project management tools, dashboards, and executive reporting; PMP certification and MBA highly desirable.
