Senior Product Manager, Knowledge Management (New Brunswick, NJ)

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR and business leaders to shape high-impact workforce/talent questions into well-defined analytical problem statements and testable hypotheses.
- Apply quantitative and qualitative methods to generate decision-relevant people insights across HR domains.
- Identify repeatable patterns/insights suitable for scaling through enterprise analytics and decision products.
- Collaborate with Decision Products and HR Data & Intelligence teams to translate insights into reusable metrics, analytics, and decision products.
- Translate complex analyses into clear narratives connecting people insights to business outcomes for senior-leader decision-making.
- Ensure people analytics work follows data privacy, ethical standards, and responsible-use principles.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Knowledge Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years in knowledge management, content strategy, information architecture, or related.
- Experience operationalizing an enterprise knowledge/content strategy across prioritized use cases.
- Strong knowledge of authority signaling, lifecycle management, quality standards, metadata, and reuse.
- Ability to enforce standards for trust, traceability, and safe reuse.
- Experience implementing knowledge lifecycle discipline (draft/review/approval/publish/maintain/archive).
- Judgment for AI-enabled automated reuse (context completeness, authority tiering, lineage, eligibility controls).
- Understanding of knowledge graphs/semantic relationships/vectorized knowledge for discovery, reasoning, and safe AI-enabled reuse.
- Experience partnering with HR/domain leaders, product/digital teams, and analytics/data teams.
- Strong communication and change leadership; influence without authority.

Preferred:
- Experience with AI-enabled search, conversational interfaces, or decision support tools using governed knowledge.
- Familiarity with content-as-a-service, structured knowledge, decision logic, or semantic/ontology-based reuse.
- Experience in federated governance.
- Knowledge performance metrics experience.
- Experience in regulated/risk-sensitive environments.

- Vacation: 120 hours/year; Sick time: 40 hours/year (CO: 48; WA: 56); Holiday/Floating Holidays: 13 days/year.
- Work/Personal/Family Time: up to 40 hours/year; Parental Leave: 480 hours (within one year); Bereavement Leave: 240 hours immediate family (40 hours extended).
