Role Summary

Sr. Product Manager responsible for developing and executing consumer-facing digital marketing materials for CAPLYTA, driving awareness, engagement, and brand growth. Reports to the Executive Director, Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and optimize digital campaigns (emails, banners, OLV, podcasts, third-party programs) aligned with brand strategy and annual media plan.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track metrics (CTR, conversions) and optimize content across channels.
  • A/B testing – lead initiatives for creative to improve engagement and relevance.
  • Manage and maintain consumer websites, UX Testing, Cookie Policies.
  • Report KPIs with partners and cross-functional teams; identify optimization needs and track performance.
  • Assist with development of consumer and patient marketing, promotional, and educational campaigns.
  • Maintain and update patient brochures, discussion guides, and other patient-facing materials; ensure accuracy and prevent expiration.
  • Oversee inventory management of consumer materials to support salesforce resources.
  • Support agency management for media buying and creative teams; provide coordination as needed.
  • Assist in CRM content management and consumer journey initiatives for the brand.
  • Monitor marketplace and competitor trends; anticipate issues.
  • Guide agencies, vendors, and partners to execute tactical plans, ensure timelines and budgets.
  • Explore new technologies and solutions to achieve goals.
  • Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with Market Research, Analytics & Sales Ops to identify research, insight and measurement needs.
  • Partner with sales force to ensure effective communication and training.
  • May track and/or prepare annual marketing budget/forecast; manage inventory distribution of promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to measure business impact of marketing investments.
  • Evaluate new marketing opportunities and advise on adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role for a pharmaceutical, biotechnology company or media agency with HCP or consumer pharmaceutical experience.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • 2+ years of experience managing promotional budgets with strong business analysis skills.
  • Digital experience including website development, social media, SEM, display, CRM and VEEVA is preferred.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing with a focus on consumer-facing initiatives preferred.
  • Comfortable with public speaking.
  • CNS experience and launch experience with new products/indications preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong commercial results across traditional and digital channels.
  • Excellent project management and vendor/agency management skills; knowledge of digital implementation, QA, etc.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical legal/regulatory environment and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to present to senior management.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
  • Complete required training within timelines; capable of performing all essential functions with/without accommodation.
