Position: Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor
Responsibilities / Key Objectives:
- Administer Global HSE Management Systems processes, metrics, standards; manage the Notification to Management (NTM) process and integration with enterprise HSE systems.
- Serve as Process Owner for Global HSE Standards and Metrics; lead HSE Standards Change Control Board (CCB) governance, reviews/approvals, and alignment with Engineering Standards Board.
- Own/operate enterprise HSE IT solutions (e.g., Sphera transitioning from Credit 360; Intelex for investigations/compliance calendar/inspections/mapping); administer access, define HSE metrics/data collection processes, maintain data collection assignments.
- Support implementations for enterprise systems (e.g., Veeva, Cority, Sphera, Intelex) as HSE representative.
- Develop/sustain/validate HSE Business Intelligence (BI) tools; support validation plans and transition BI from unvalidated to validated sites.
- Co-Chief of Staff for Corporate Incident Support Team (IST): maintain IST Plan, run exercises, manage/training and documentation lifecycle; coordinate periodic procedure reviews.
- Lead project management for global HSE initiatives and enterprise systems; support HSE digital strategy governance/implementation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Safety, Environmental, project management, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or HSE-related field.
- Experience with HSE management systems and digital enterprise platforms (e.g., Sphera, Intelex or similar).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time; no visa sponsorship.

- Persuasive communication; manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- HSE regulatory knowledge; IT system administration/ownership; risk/crisis/disaster recovery experience.
