Qualifications: minimum 10 years in packaging process engineering or capital project execution in large-molecule biotherapeutic environments; Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field; strong expertise in aseptic packaging, serialization, and regulatory compliance; experience with large-scale capital projects ($50-100M) preferred.
