Sr. Principal Process Engineer –Packaging

Role: Sr. Principal Process Engineer – Packaging within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division, focusing on end-to-end process ownership of aseptic biotherapeutic packaging equipment. Responsibilities: lead development of packaging specifications, provide technical leadership for packaging systems, collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, oversee design, commissioning, qualification, and startup activities; resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory standards, and serialization requirements. Qualifications: minimum 10 years in packaging process engineering or capital project execution in large-molecule biotherapeutic environments; Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field; strong expertise in aseptic packaging, serialization, and regulatory compliance; experience with large-scale capital projects ($50-100M) preferred.
