Sr. Pet Health Veterinary Sales Representative (E. Cleveland, OH)

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for distributor representatives in assigned geography.
- Manage product placement with targeted accounts.
- Execute sales objectives and strategies with corporate hospitals.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan with key essential wins.
- Meet objectives and sales goals within an assigned expense budget.
- Coordinate with local veterinary associations surrounding state VMA meetings.
- Conduct face-to-face field meetings with hospital influencers.
- Set up and execute launch meetings with veterinary services in support of each product launch.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of companion animal veterinary pharmaceutical sales (or equivalent competitive selling experience) or previous Elanco intern.
- Team-first approach with a hustle mentality and eagerness to win.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; no anticipated visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B or TN).

Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to convey messages, motivate audiences, and make decisions under uncertainty.
- Strategic thinking; strong planning and execution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of companion animal veterinary products and the Companion Animal Market.
- Advanced degree in business.

- Travel: 25–50%
- Location: Field-based out of E. Cleveland, OH.

Compensation/bonus (summary):
- Base salary range: $50,900–$143,200 (depends on qualifications). Company bonus eligibility for full-time employees (performance-based).
