Sr. Mgr, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

Role: Sr. Manager, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting, leading the preparation, review, and governance of the company's SEC filings and technical accounting analyses. Responsibilities: oversee quarterly and annual reports (Forms 10-Q/10-K), current reports (8-K), earnings materials, and SOX controls; ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations; lead technical accounting assessments for complex transactions; maintain and enhance disclosure frameworks; support investor relations and audit processes; drive process improvements and automation initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred; 10-12 years of experience in public accounting and/or public company reporting; strong knowledge of SEC rules, U.S. GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley; experience with biotech, pharma, or regulated industries is advantageous; proficiency with ERP and disclosure management systems; excellent technical writing, analytical, and leadership skills.
