Sr Mgr, Medical Science Liaison (Seattle, WA)

Role: Senior Manager, Medical Science Liaison, supporting FMI’s commercial and scientific objectives through engagement with healthcare providers and KOLs. Responsibilities: develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across hematology, oncology, and pathology; provide education on disease states, genomic profiling, and FMI products; facilitate scientific exchange and presence at forums; develop educational materials; gather market intelligence; support investigator-initiated studies; coordinate with Medical Affairs on advisory boards, clinical trials, and publications; respond to scientific inquiries; and promote advocacy within the medical community. Requirements: Master’s in health sciences, medicine, nursing, or genetics with 6+ years relevant experience, or PhD/MD/PhD, DNP, PharmD with 3+ years experience; oncology experience preferred. High-Value: expertise in cancer genomics, biomarker development, molecular diagnostics, and familiarity with clinical utility of lab-developed tests; experience managing territory; knowledge of CLIA, LDT, and market access strategies; ability to travel 70%+ within territory.
