Role: Senior Manager, Medical Science Liaison focusing on oncology and cancer genomics, supporting FMI's medical and scientific objectives through external engagement. Responsibilities include building relationships with KOLs, healthcare providers, and research leaders; delivering education on genomic profiling and FMI products; facilitating scientific exchanges at forums, tumor boards, and training events; developing scientific materials; supporting investigator-initiated studies; and gathering market intelligence. The role involves extensive territory travel (~70+%), regional and national scientific representation, and collaboration with Medical Affairs for advisory boards and clinical trials. Qualifications: Master's in health sciences, medicine, nursing, or genetics with 6+ years of relevant experience, or PhD/DNP/PharmD with 3+ years; oncology experience required. Preferred: advanced degrees, experience in diagnostics or biotech, expertise in cancer genomics, clinical endpoints, and market strategy. Knowledge of CLIA, LDT, patient management algorithms, and a strong business acumen are advantageous. The position requires excellent communication, teaching skills, and willingness to travel frequently. Work setup: remote with regional travel, bi-annual company meetings.
