Role: Senior Manager, Medical Science Liaison, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in oncology, hematology, and pathology to support FMI's scientific and commercial objectives. Responsibilities: provide education on disease states and FMI data, facilitate scientific exchange, support clinical trial identification and investigator-initiated studies, develop scientific materials, gather market intelligence, and coordinate with medical affairs for advisory boards and publications. Requirements: Master’s in health sciences, medicine, nursing, or genetics with 6+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree (PhD, DNP, PharmD) with 3+ years; oncology experience; prior MSL experience preferred. HighValue: expertise in cancer genomics, biomarker development, laboratory-developed tests, and familiarity with CLIA, LDT, and market access strategies. Collaboration: work closely with medical affairs, clinical teams, and external stakeholders. WorkSetup: primarily remote with daily travel within assigned territory (70+%), bi-annual company meetings, and occasional outside regional travel. Qualifications include strong communication, training skills, and knowledge of patient management algorithms and clinical utility of molecular diagnostics.
