The Sr. Manager for Global Security Technology leads the Global Security technology strategy and landscape, crafting technology strategy and managing global projects, upgrades, deployments, and improvements across access management, video management, visitor management, emergency communications, incident management, travel security management, and threat intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute security technology strategies and roadmaps supporting enterprise and functional goals, including system modernization and platform optimization.
- Oversee delivery of security technology solutions, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and compliance requirements.
- Ensure stability, security, and performance of assigned security technology platforms, including vendor and service provider management.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans to deliver value while controlling cost and risk.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of best practices across security technology operations and delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Typically 8–10 years of progressive experience in security technologies, with demonstrated responsibility for complex systems or platforms.
- Proven experience leading technology initiatives in a regulated or enterprise environment.
- Strong stakeholder management; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational delivery.
- Solid understanding of technology governance, security, and risk management.

Preferred
- Experience with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or large-scale system integrations.
- Demonstrated success driving technology transformation/modernization initiatives.
- Strong change-management and communication skills.

Other
- English required.
- Limited travel (up to 10–20%), primarily domestic.
