The Sr. Manager for Global Security Technology leads the Global Security technology strategy and landscape, crafting global technology strategy and managing projects, upgrades, deployments, and improvements of current and future capabilities worldwide. Capability categories include access management, video management, visitor management, emergency communications, incident management, travel security management, and threat intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute security technology strategies and roadmaps supporting enterprise and functional goals, including system modernization and platform optimization.
- Oversee delivery of security technology solutions to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and compliance requirements.
- Ensure stability, security, and performance of assigned security technology platforms, including vendor and service provider management.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans to deliver value while controlling cost and risk.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of best practices across security technology operations and delivery.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Required: 8–10 years of progressive experience in security technologies; leading technology initiatives in a regulated/enterprise environment; strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational delivery; solid understanding of technology governance, security, and risk management.
- Preferred: Experience with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or large-scale system integrations; success driving technology transformation/modernization; strong change-management and communication skills.
- Other: English required; limited travel (10–20%), primarily domestic.
