Position Overview
Senior Manager is responsible for leading/co-leading development of the annual global audit plan covering Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption (ABAC), Global Trade Compliance (GTC), and Government Contract Compliance (GCC) reviews with key stakeholders. May also manage GA&A-assigned investigations via the Triage Committee. Leads internal teams and coordinates with third-party service providers.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with Law Department, HealthCare Compliance, Government Contract Compliance, and third parties.
- Manage/oversight of GCC/ABAC/GTC reviews: timelines, budgets, and issuance of reports.
- Select operating companies/third parties for audits/reviews using a robust risk assessment process; provide leadership and leverage tools/analytics.
- Manage/oversee investigations involving potential financial statement misstatements, asset mis-appropriations, and conflicts of interest.
- Independently communicate sensitive/complex findings and recommendations; influence actionable remediation.
- Drive continuous process improvements using technology, process, and people.
- Develop and present training internally and externally; conduct external benchmarking sessions.
- Attract/develop/retain talent and foster an inclusive culture; engage and motivate team to drive Corporate Internal Audit strategy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Data Analytics/Data Sciences/Analytics, or Accounting Finance/related business) required.
- MBA/Master’s and/or certifications (CPA, CIA, CMA, CISA, CFE) preferred.
- 10+ years in Internal Audit and/or Healthcare Compliance and/or Investigations and/or Public Accounting required.
- 5+ years people development/talent management required.
- Required: advanced Microsoft Office (Excel Pivot Tables, formulas, VLOOKUP); ability to partner independently across enterprise and interact with senior management in complex, high-volume environment; strong analytical skills and conflict management; strong communication/presentation.
- Preferred: IA-specific applications (Teammate, Tableau).
- Location: New Brunswick, NJ or Bengaluru, India; up to 25% domestic/international travel.

Benefits
Anticipated base pay range: $122,000–$212,750. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short/long-term disability, business accident insurance, group legal; pension and 401(k); long-term incentive program; vacation (120 hrs/yr), sick time (40 hrs/yr), holiday pay (13 days/yr), work/personal/family time (up to 40 hrs/yr), parental leave (480 hrs), and other specified leaves.
