Sr. Medical Science Liaison - Obesity - PA

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on Obesity within Amgen's Medical Affairs team, responsible for scientific engagement with healthcare opinion leaders, providers, and decision-makers to communicate clinical data and support patient outcomes. Responsibilities include peer-to-peer education, supporting clinical research, facilitating scientific exchanges, and contributing to congress and speaker activities. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications: Doctorate (Ph.D., M.D., D.O., Pharm.D.) with 2+ years of Medical Affairs experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience; preferred candidates have 7+ years in a medically related field, with expertise in cardiometabolic or obesity areas, and prior biotech/pharma MSL experience. The position requires strong relationship-building, communication skills, and an understanding of clinical research and healthcare trends.
