Sr. Medical Science Liaison - NorthEast

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr. MSL) supporting Rigel's oncology portfolio, primarily focusing on metastatic breast cancer, with potential support for hematology/oncology products. Responsibilities: develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), serve as a scientific resource, support research initiatives, facilitate medical education, and assist clinical trial site identification and recruitment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on publications, advisory boards, and conferences; gather market insights; support clinical initiatives and investigator-initiated research; and train internal teams on disease states. Requirements: advanced clinical or scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, RN, NP, PA), minimum of 3 years in pharma/biotech or clinical oncology experience, with a focus on breast cancer; strong network with oncologists and hematologists preferred; excellent communication skills; proficiency in MS Office.
