(Sr) Medical Science Liaison, Lupus - North Central

Responsibilities:
- Engage Key Medical Experts (KMEs) and HCPs to strengthen confidence in clinical decisions for disease state and Biogen products.
- Build deep, strategic, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be responsive and solutions-driven; act as a conduit to medical community leaders.
- Participate in US Medical strategy-aligned projects/initiatives.
- Achieve qualitative/quantitative medical excellence goals; deliver KME engagement plans; capture/report KME/HCP medical insights using Veeva.
Qualifications / Required Skills:
- Advanced scientific/clinical degree required; doctoral (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP) strongly preferred.
- For Sr MSL: minimum 5 yearsโ experience as an MSL or similar pharma/biotech role.
- Effective communication, including empathetic listening and adapting to the audience.
- Digital aptitude/comfortable with new tools and systems.
- Accountability to goals, metrics, and KPIs.
- Ethical conduct; understands and follows industry rules.
- Travel at least 60% (overnight and occasionally weekends).
- Age 18+ with valid driverโs license and acceptable driving record; able to drive company leased vehicle or rental.
- Reside in territory: ND, SD, NE, KS, MO, IA, MN, KY, TN, IN, IL, WI.
Preferred Skills:
- Rheumatology franchise experience.
- Subject matter expertise in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE).
