Sr. Medical Science Liaison-DMD (Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy)-Southeast

Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focusing on neuromuscular (DMD) programs, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and study sites. Objectives include increasing awareness of Catalyst’s marketed products, supporting clinical trials, and providing scientific and medical education. Core responsibilities involve conducting scientific presentations, facilitating advisory boards, supporting investigator meetings, and contributing to communication and training initiatives. Qualifications: advanced degree (MD, DO, PhD, PharmD), at least 5 years in clinical research, pharma, or related fields, with established neurology/DMD relationships and MSL experience. Skills required include broad scientific/pharmaceutical knowledge, excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor peers. High-value specifics: focus on neuromuscular diseases, DMD space, clinical trial support, and medical education. Work setup requires extensive travel (~75%) within the Southeast U.S., with work outside regular hours for events. Salary range is $200,000—$210,000, commensurate with experience.
