Sr Manufacturing Technical MES Specialist

Role: Senior Manufacturing Technical MES Specialist supporting cell and gene therapy manufacturing at Novartis. Responsibilities: design, implement, and optimize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for commercial and clinical programs; develop electronic Master Batch Records; support system maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates; collaborate across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and technical teams to enhance digital manufacturing and ensure compliance; manage system integrations and training. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher; 2-5 years of MES experience, including Master Batch Record design; 5+ years in a GxP regulated environment; expertise in MES interfaces, integrations, and process automation; strong project management, documentation, and communication skills.
