Sr. Manager, Technical Product Owner, Knowledge and Content GCA

Duration: 18 months.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Global Corporate Affairs (GCA) knowledge and content capabilities.
- Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, and measurable success metrics.
- Partner with GCA stakeholders to improve content creation, collaboration, governance, discovery, reuse, and lifecycle management.
- Lead delivery of knowledge management and enterprise content management capabilities (taxonomy, metadata, search, workflows, archiving, retention, permissions, analytics, governance).
- Identify opportunities to apply generative AI/Microsoft Copilot, intelligent search, automation, and content intelligence to improve productivity, decisions, quality, and reuse.
- Ensure compliance with standards for security, privacy, records management, accessibility, data governance, responsible AI, and risk management.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, data, platform, and vendors to deliver scalable, reliable, user-centered solutions.
- Manage agile ceremonies and delivery activities (planning, demos, testing, release readiness, change management, adoption).
- Define/monitor OKRs, adoption metrics, product health, user satisfaction, performance, risk reduction, and value realization.
- Support modernization, rationalization, and simplification of the GCA content/knowledge technology ecosystem.
- Champion product mindset, continuous improvement, customer empathy, inclusion, collaboration, and learning.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years in technology/product ownership/product management/knowledge management/enterprise content management/digital transformation/communications technology or related.
- Agile Product Owner/Manager experience (backlog, roadmap, delivery, value measurement).
- Experience in enterprise knowledge/content management, collaboration, workflow, search, taxonomy/metadata, records, or digital workplace solutions.
- Strong knowledge of content lifecycle, information architecture, governance, permissions, retention, findability, reuse, and adoption.
- Ability to translate business needs into requirements, stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
- Preferred: Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Viva), Copilot, enterprise search, workflow automation, analytics, AI-enabled productivity.
- Awareness of responsible AI, privacy, security, records, accessibility, and compliance in regulated environments.
- Able to influence cross-functionally without authority; strong communication and change leadership.
