Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies (job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, direct outreach).
- Screen resumes/applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews to assess experience, skills, motivation, and role fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records.
- Support offer preparation, compensation discussions, and pre-employment steps with HR.
- Ensure a consistent, inclusive, professional candidate experience.
- Track recruiting metrics, provide hiring updates, and improve recruiting effectiveness.
- Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
- 6+ years full-cycle talent acquisition experience; biotech/pharma experience required.
- Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse) and recruiting tools.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring timelines with attention to detail.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism handling confidential information.
- Knowledge of employment laws, fair hiring practices, and inclusive recruiting.
Location/Work Setup:
- Lexington, MA office; onsite five days per week.
Pay Range:
- $170,000β$185,000 USD.
