The Sr. Manager, Strategic FP&A supports long-range planning processes, FP&A continuous improvement, and internal financial narrative development.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the companyโ€™s long-range planning (LRP) process, including scenario models, sensitivities, and risk analysis.
- Ensure initiative financial impacts are incorporated accurately in planning outputs.
- Assess and refine key assumptions to improve forecast accuracy.
- Provide financial analysis to support leadership in evaluating trade-offs, risks, and value creation opportunities.
- Contribute to capital allocation and resource planning, including capex planning and investment prioritization.
- Apply financial frameworks to evaluate investment proposals, portfolio opportunities, and ROI.
- Drive FP&A improvement initiatives (process optimization, automation, enhanced analytics).
- Support scalable tools, standardized processes, and upgraded reporting.
- Prepare analyses and materials for management/leadership meetings; communicate scenarios to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Corporate Financial Analysis to ensure consistent data, aligned assumptions, and reliable forecasting.
- Maintain governance over financial models, metrics, and planning processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field required; MBA/advanced credentials (MBA, CPA, CFA) preferred.
- 7โ€“10 years of relevant FP&A/financial strategy experience.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., S4/HANA, Anaplan, HFM, Essbase, OneStream).
- Excellent oral/written communication; able to collaborate and influence across levels.
- Ability to craft data-driven presentations and business cases.
- Track record supporting change initiatives and leveraging analytics.
- Experience in matrixed teams; self-directed, resilient; accountable; strong time management.
