Corporate Functions
The MBA Finance Leadership Development Program (MBA FLDP) is a four-year, full-time rotational program for MBA graduates to accelerate growth as future Finance leaders.
Rotations & Assignments:
- Complete two Finance Manager-level rotations across business segments (Corporate Services, Medical Technology, Innovative Medicine).
- Lead and develop a team of analysts while partnering with leaders to deliver financial insights and outcomes.
- Rotations may include: Financial Planning and Analysis; Acquisitions and Divestitures; Corporate Operations; Commercial Finance; Supply Chain Finance; Research and Development Finance.
- Broaden enterprise perspective, strengthen finance/business acumen, and prepare for director-level roles and beyond.
Professional Development:
- Targeted training and onboarding to strengthen financial acumen, business knowledge, technical expertise, and leadership skills.
- Structured networking with peers, program alumni, and senior Finance leaders.
- Obtain Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification during the four-year program.
Coaching & Development:
- Regular coaching and feedback from your supervisor.
- Peer mentor and leader mentor to navigate the program and build confidence/network.
Starting location: J&J World Headquarters in New Brunswick, NJ. Future rotations may be available in NJ, PA, FL, OH, CA, and MA.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a full-time MBA program, graduating between Aug 2026 and Aug 2027.
- At least five years of full-time professional or military experience; demonstrated leadership via employment/extracurriculars/internships.
- Ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools/ways of working.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization required; current full-time J&J employees not eligible (interns/co-ops excluded).
Compensation/Benefits:
- Base pay: $141,000/year.
- Eligible for annual performance bonus (per plan terms) and sign-on/early incentive bonus.
- Possible participation in employee benefit programs (health, savings, pension, disability, vacation, sick, holiday, time off) per plan terms.
