Key Responsibilities:
- Independently lead ServiceNow initiatives end-to-end as business partner and technical architect.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Agile stories with clear acceptance criteria for offshore teams.
- Design scalable ServiceNow solutions across GRC, SecOps, and Legal Service Delivery modules.
- Manage relationships with GRC/SecOps/Legal process owners and handle day-to-day escalations.
- Partner with OneTrust to document current-state privacy workflows and translate them into ServiceNow Privacy Management requirements.
- Ensure feature parity, define acceptance criteria, and support knowledge transfer during platform migrations.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support change/release lifecycle management in ServiceNow.
- Prepare and present delivery metrics, coordinate with vendors, and support resource planning.
- Ensure clear communication and transparency with teams and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improved/new architecture.

Qualifications & Experience (Required/Preferred):
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in IT Risk Management, GRC, Security Operations, or Compliance.
- Strong communication/collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Techno-functional ability to translate business needs into actionable Agile stories with precise acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in at least two (preferably three) of: GRC, SecOps, Third-Party Risk, Privacy, Legal Service Delivery.
- Experience with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys, Wiz).
- Experience with Privacy Management tools (e.g., OneTrust or ServiceNow Privacy Management).
- Experience leading platform migration or consolidation.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or GRC certifications (CRISC, CISA, CISM).
- Experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences or similarly regulated industry.
- Self-directed with mature decision-making supported by data/process analysis.
