Responsibilities:
- Respond to unsolicited Medical Information inquiries by creating associated Standard and Non-Standard materials.
- Proactively create Standard Responses for use by the frontline contact center.
- Train the contact center and broader Medical team on therapeutic area-specific Medical Information content and processes.
- Monitor trends in Medical Information data and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support audit readiness activities.
- Represent Medical Information in cross-functional communication teams.
- Staff medical booths at scientific congress meetings.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, DNP) with strong clinical and scientific understanding and training.
- 3+ years of Medical Information experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, ideally in a Global/Worldwide capacity.

- Proficient in analyzing large amounts of data and extracting clinically relevant points.
- Ability to prioritize among competing deliverables under time constraints.
- Understanding of and adherence to regulatory policies governing scientific interactions with physicians and patients.

- Written and verbal proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in a second language.
- Prior industry experience in a post-marketing setting.
- Clinical or scientific experience in Biogen’s therapeutic areas.

Benefits:
- Base compensation range: $142,000.00–$190,000.00
